In 2006 Mr. David W. Swetland, whose grandfather built the Park Building in 1904, entrusted development of the building to Howells & Howells Enterprises LLC, a Cleveland-based development firm operated by Matthew Howells and his family.

The Howells family is honored to be working on this prestigious project. It is an opportunity to showcase the high-quality craftsmanship of Mr. Howells’ construction firm, MHA, and to continue the legacy that the Swetlands began over a century ago.
